Our products are known for their outstanding quality, resource-saving technology and maximum efficiency. That is why we offer you additional warranty services over and above the statutory warranty.
10-year guarantee for radiators
Myson radiators are warranted for a period of 10 years* from date of purchase against all manufacturing defects when they are used in normal conditions and for a heating system with hot water. The warranty does not apply to defects caused by installation or handling errors, misuse or factors external to the radiators, such as water quality or oxygen-permeable pipes.
*excluding galvanised radiators as well as all electronic and electric components and spare parts that are sold separately.
10-year guarantee for underfloor heating
Myson hydronic underfloor heating pipe is warranted for 10 years from date of purchase, and we offer a 2 year warranty on accessories, actuators, ball valves, controls, expansion vessels, fittings, low loss headers, manifolds, mixer control groups and tooling, from date of purchase.
2-year guarantee for all electronic and electric components
All electronic and electric components of Purmo products are warranted for a period of 2 years from date of purchase against all manufacturing defects provided that they are used in normal conditions. Defects caused by installation, handing errors, misuse or factors external to the components are not covered by the warranty.
